Amarone Grappa is made from the pomace and grape skins of the Valpolicella variety grown in Sonoma County. After the grapes have been dried for 4 months and pressed to make the Amarone, it goes through the distillation process achieved at low pressure by the discontinuous system in order to preserve the aromas and fragrances of the raw material. After the distillation the grappa is aged in French oak barrels for 2 years. All-encompassing fragrance, rich and intense flavors.
